Each Client Receives A Unique Design Process Tailored To Their Own Needs

Bespoke

  • Consultation

    This is the meet and greet part of the process. We talk about trends, likes and dislikes, fit, and function. Your design will be sketched and measurements will be taken.

  • Muslin Fitting

    A muslin fitting is a mock-up of your garment in an inexpensive cotton fabric. This is where I check the fit and any final design changes can be made.

  • First Fabric Fitting

    This is the first true fabric phase of your garment. Here you will see your design come to life in the fabric you have chosen. You should bring your shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with the outfit.

  • Final Fitting

    Your customized design is complete; any final minor alterations can be made if necessary. I will take a few pictures for my records. Walk out with exclusive Mir Couture fashion for your occasion!

Made to Measure

  • Meet and Greet

    Introduction phase. Here we discuss garment formality, requirements and necessities. I will need to take four photos including front view, back view, right side, and left side. The images are used for accuracy in body shape, build, and posture for your garment.

  • Measure

    Multiple precise measurements will be taken. Based on your measurements, I will have you try on two basic fit garment sizes. This allows you to see a fit mockup of how your garment will look and feel. Adjustments are made accordingly. If you own a well-fitting suit or favorite relatable garment, bring it during this time.

  • Customize

    Design your garment. Choose from thousands of fabric swatches to get the exact texture, color, and pattern for your garment. Build your suit from top to bottom using hundreds of templet design options including pockets, trims, buttons, thread color, collars, structure, cuffs, monograming, etc.

  • Construct

    I will process your custom order to be constructed. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your design to be created and hand delivered to you.
