Passionately Driven to Design
I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana surrounded and inspired by the extravagant designs of Mardi Gras and the city itself. The diverse and artistic culture of the city motivated me to create my own variation on fashion.
Graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California
I specialize in elegant, business and formal attire; however, your vision is my vision. I work with my customers to come up with unique one-of-a-kind designs. To provide the best quality and infinite design options, Mir Couture constructs in-house patterns and works alongside two wonderful manufacturers.
Accomplishments and Career
My career began teaching sewing to children and young adults. With perseverance and dedication, I graduated at the top of my class obtaining a degree in fashion design and a bachelor’s in business marketing. My education, attitude, and trending ideas allowed me to master my skills in pattern making, draping, and sewing. From there, I won a Cotton Inc. Competition where my designs were put on display for the public to see. I have been working in the fashion industry designing, creating, and constructing original garments for almost a decade.
